I have a windows based application, which was developed in C# and now I am trying to create a wrapper. That is to say, I will create a C# assembly containing the C# code and try to create a managed C++ assembly. I am trying to make sure that if my C# application deletes a file then my C++ assembly will be able to detect this event and delete this file as well. Is there any way for me to determine if a file has been deleted? Is there any event or method in LINUX to handle this? A: Use the stat() function. It returns a struct stat for each open file. It is "value-semantic" in the sense that it only reports information about open files. You cannot reliably report if the file is deleted, since the file may be open by another process and not deleted yet. A: I found a solution to this problem. It is not what I asked, but it is the closest to the problem I am facing. In windows we have a FileSystemWatcher, which keeps a watch on a given directory and notifies us when a file is deleted. To handle the event in C# I created a C# library, in which I added a method to detect when a file is deleted. In linux there is a function named watch, which is able to do what I wanted. [Immune thrombocytopenia in childhood: analysis of the causes of the disease and of its spontaneous course and treatment]. The paper describes the principal features of a study on immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in two groups of children. One group was studied during a 7-year follow-up period and the other at the time of the first admission. A mixed and complex etiology was demonstrated in the group which was observed during the follow-up period and the incidence of the spontaneous course of ITP was about 50%. In the group of children with the first diagnosis of ITP the immune mechanisms were analysed. The conclusion was that in ITP without immunodeficiency the immune mechanisms are predominant, and they are probably the result of specific antibodies. When the ac619d1d87
